IT Hardware Services (SM) Ltd is a Jersey based IT Hardware specialist service provider, we provide IT Asset Disposal services to our Channel Islands based clients then refurbish and sell new & reconditioned Laptops, Desktops, Servers, Mobile Devices and Parts at affordable prices. We supply a 90 day return to us warranty with all products.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

At IT Hardware Services we provide 2 levels of local Jersey delivery.

Option 1, Free local Jersey Post delivery, For orderes recieved before 2pm (Except Wednesday) are dispatched the same day as the order is recieved, if the order is recieved after 2pm it will be dispatched the next working day, using Jersey post.

All products are cleaned before dispatch and are delivered in a premium retention box.

Option 2, same day delivery at a charge of £35, any where in Jersey. If the order is recieved prior to 2pm Monday-Friday we provide same day delivery, to be delivered with a dispatch courier service or our own staff.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

We supply a 90 day warranty with all products, within the first 30 days we will organise a collection via courier or our own local staff but after this time has passed this is now a return to base warranty where the customer is responsible for postage. Warranty will start on the day you receive your item, Laptop and mobile device Batteries are guaranteed for one hour and are only covered for the first 30 days of the warranty

RETURNS POLICY

A restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from refunds and If the product has been returned in 14 days. Please contact us before returning any product on 01534 855955
